Review of all building property and Grounds. Performs annual inspections for all facility buildings. Research facilities are in code with local township and state. Requests permits when needed. Works with Parish contractor volunteers to establish estimates and controls of expenses. All projects at the approval of the Parish Council.

The Annual Festival is held in September and the last weekend of the month. It is the single largest fundraiser of the Saint Barbara’s Church. Support is needed in many ways. Volunteers are encouraged to join in and pick shifts at designated areas throughout the weekend. Please contact the church office if you wish to join the festival team to show your much needed support.

The memorial committee oversees the up keep of this area which includes ordering of names that parishioners which to add. Committee coordinates with church office the ordering of the names and placement.
