Dear Saint Barbara Parishioners,

This past weekend we experienced an amazing comeback to our annual Greek Festival. Thousands of people came out to enjoy our food, our hospitality and our beautiful Saint Barbara Church. We were blessed with fantastic weather all weekend and received countless accolades and compliments about everything. 

We were very concerned about having enough volunteers this year and once again you, our wonderful, loving, caring parishioners came together. You came out ready to help wherever help was needed and without you all, we could never have made this the success it was. Thank you, each and every one of you.

It was our second festival without on-site parking so we had the wide open spaces for people to move around without any cars or buses passing through. We also eliminated the rides this year and added more outdoor seating to make everyone comfortable and we experienced beautiful evenings under the big tent.  

The numbers are not final but it looks like a record breaking year. So thank you all for making this weekend as successful as it was but more importantly, we hope the memories we all shared this weekend with our families and friends and watching our amazing GOYANS put on the best performances of their lives will be with us forever.
